Emmanuel Health is seeking an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR for a 34 bed special care home. Foyer St. Joseph Nursing Home in Ponteix SK is a Catholic Health Care facility operating in conformity with the Health Ethics Guide as approved by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops.
If you have a successful track record of leading in a manner that is values-based and balances fiscal accountability with an unwavering dedication of compassion, innovation, and commitment, this may be the position for you.
The successful candidate will possess a combination of relevant educational qualifications and leadership experience including creating a people-centered organizational culture. Experience in an executive role, working in the long term care sector, and a professional designation are definite assets.
Emmanuel Health will consider applicants interested in working 0.4 to full time.
